Born of moonlight and wild magic deep within the Moonglade, Sirael is a Cathshee—one of the rare fey owls shaped by Sehanine’s quiet touch. Like all Cathshee, she possesses an uncanny intelligence and the ability to shift between a graceful owl and a small dryad-like form when the moon waxes bright. Sirael’s feathers carry a faint silver glow when the Weave stirs, and her eyes reflect visions long before they reach mortal minds. Far more than a familiar, Sirael is Thalien Moonstrider’s spiritual counterpart and companion. She senses danger long before it manifests, warns of disturbances in the Weave, and often guides Thalien by glowing faintly or tugging at the strands of fate with her soft, otherworldly cries. When threats press in from beyond the sky, Sirael is the first to know—her wings trembling with the weight of some distant warning. Though quiet, she is fiercely protective of Thalien, darting between branches with preternatural grace. Under moonlight, she sometimes perches on his shoulder and hums with a faint celestial harmony—the sound of Selûne’s Tears reflecting through her small, enchanted form.
